The Terms and Conditions of Nae Bad Bar
For your event we require £300, this fee covers fully stocked bars. Minimum 2 members of staff , occasional licence issued by the local authority and all glassware for the duration of the booking. Cocktails and any additional requests must be agreed upon prior to the event.
Please pay all invoices within 14 days from the date sent.
Bar opening hours and set up and clearing away times must be agreed beforehand with sufficient time allowed to set up and pack away and vacate the venue after the event. You must inform us of any time restrictions, parking restrictions or parking height restrictions. We require four hours to set the bar up and four hours to clear away (timings may vary depending on guest numbers, the total amount of bars required etc). It is the hirer’s responsibility to liaise with the venue to ensure that it is open and in a suitable state for the bars to be set up. Nae Bad Bar accepts no responsibility for any delays.
License for the sale of Alcohol
We are responsible for the operation of your bar in accordance with the licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, therefore the premises used for the event including marquees and outdoor areas, will have to be licensed to permit the retailing of alcohol for the duration of the event and the licensing law will be in operation. The licensing laws in Scotland require each booking to have an occasional license to sell alcohol, therefore we require a minimum of 45 days notice in order to ensure we have the license for your chosen date.
There may be a minimum purchase order if a particular brand of drink is requested. This will apply to brands which may be difficult to sell at other events.
Nae Bad Bar cannot accept responsibility for any damage to persons or property or injury caused by the items/services which are under the hirer’s responsibility, or any liability for any claims that come about from any event concerning or involving items/ services hired by us.
